A protocol was re-established for the Odesa cable car after Russian-language announcements.
Inspections in Odesa and the surrounding region also revealed violations in medical facilities, businesses, and their online presences. Some of the issues have already been addressed, while others remain unresolved or have been addressed incompletely.
In the Odesa cable car, violations of language laws were recorded for the second time in a few weeks. According to Anna Nerush, an employee announced the completion of work in Russian through a loudspeaker.
Visitors filed complaints and provided audio recordings. The company's management received two letters requesting explanations, but no response was received. A protocol was drawn up due to the repeated failure to comply with the company's requirements.
During other inspections in Odesa and the region, violations were found at a medical center, a private clinic, commercial establishments, and their online platforms. These included Russian-language signs and announcements at the regional psychological health center, websites and social media accounts of businesses, and a check at a bar.
Some business owners have already met the requirements or are continuing to make the necessary changes. The websites of the car dealership and the private medical clinic have been translated into Ukrainian. According to available information, the violations at the regional medical center have also been addressed.
At the same time, some resources have not made any changes or have only made partial changes. Examples of such cases include the pages of a psychologist-psychotherapist on Instagram and the websites of individual businesses.
