The head of the military administration of Odesa, Serhiy Lysak, signed an order that changes the responsibilities for readiness and provision of resilience centers in Odesa.

According to the document, the district administrations – Kyiv, Peresyp, Primorsk, and Chaidibey – will continuously monitor the readiness of points operating in buildings of the district administrations and at the facilities of municipal enterprises. The points should be directly supplied with the necessary resources and their stocks should be replenished by the communal enterprises "ЖКС "Vuzovsky", "ЖКС "Chornomorsky", "ЖКС "Fontansky", and "ЖКС "Porto-Frankivsky".

The responsibilities for the emergency response points in the protective structures have been specifically defined: the Department of Municipal Property will be responsible for ensuring their readiness, while "Service Center" LLC will be responsible for the equipment, supplies, and functionality.

The Department of Education and Science will be responsible for ensuring that schools and other educational institutions have the necessary resources. Local administrations can purchase and provide food, drinking water, and other necessary resources to schools upon request, and educational institutions are required to receive, account for, store, and use these resources appropriately.

It has also been determined who is responsible for the resilience points at facilities owned by КП «Одесміськелектротранс» – the Department of Transport will oversee this, and the Odesa City Reintegration Center for Persons Without a Permanent Residence – the Department of Labor and Social Policy. The responsibility for implementing the order has been assigned to the Deputy Heads of the Odesa City Military Administration, Ivan Donchenko and Serhiy Krasilenko.
