Odesa Children's Hospital No. 3 receives modern equipment from international partners

The 3rd Children's Hospital in Odesa received modern medical equipment from international partners as part of the Czech-Taiwan project. The new equipment includes an ultrasound diagnostic device, a cardiograph, a spiograph, a plethysmograph, defibrillators, nebulizers, pulse oximeters, and an FeNO device, which was first introduced in municipal hospitals in Odesa.

The 3rd Children's Hospital in Odesa received modern medical equipment from international partners as part of a Czech-Taiwan project involving the company Comedeq. This has enabled the hospital to equip several medical rooms, including those for a cardiologist, general practitioner, and functional diagnostics, as well as a separate dental clinic.

The new equipment includes an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, a cardiograph, a spiograph, a plethysmograph, defibrillators, nebulizers, and pulse oximeters. In addition, the hospital received other diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.

The FeNO device, which was first introduced in municipal medical facilities in Odesa, is particularly noteworthy. It measures the level of nitric oxide fraction in exhaled air, allowing for quick and painless diagnosis and monitoring of allergic inflammation of the respiratory tract. Previously, such an examination could only be performed in private clinics in Odesa.

To assess cardiac function, a stationary bicycle ergometer was provided, which is used during physical stress tests. Additionally, the dental clinic was equipped with a modern dental unit and medical instruments. In addition, the hospital received medical tablets, examination chairs, stretchers, medicine storage cabinets, workbenches, and other furniture, as well as consumable materials necessary for the work of medical staff.
