The "Central" hotel in Odesa is preparing for a competitive selection process for a hotel manager.
The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is preparing to hold a competitive tender for the management of the seized "Central" hotel in the historical center of Odesa. The asset includes non-residential premises of the hotel with a total area of 4 972,7 square meters, located on Preobrazhensky Street, 40. The manager will be selected through the electronic Prozorro system.
The Agency for the Recovery and Management of Assets (ARMA) has announced its preparations for a competitive selection process for the management of the seized "Central" hotel in Odesa.
The hotel is located in the historic center of the city, on Preobrazhensky Street, near Deribasovskaya Street. The asset includes non-residential premises of the hotel with a total area of 4 972,7 square meters. ARMA noted that the property has the potential for use in the hotel and tourism sectors.
Currently, the State Property Fund is taking preparatory steps for a further competitive selection process. After completing the necessary procedures, the management of the hotel will be selected through the electronic system Prozorro. The right of private ownership of the non-residential premises of the hotel is registered under the name of "Odes Hotel "Central"".
The hotel has 84 rooms of various categories: "Economy," "Standard," "Semi-luxury," and "Luxury," all decorated in a classic style, as well as four conceptual rooms dedicated to different eras: "Communal apartment," "Literary Odesa," the Остап Бендер room, and "Retro 60–70."
