The Odesa city council announced that the heating season in Odesa will begin on November 9. The heating season in Odesa is scheduled to begin on November 9. This was announced by the Odesa city council.

Connection of consumers to the heating system will take place in stages. Initially, heat will be supplied to small heating facilities, as well as to social institutions – schools, kindergartens, and medical facilities. It is estimated that connecting these facilities will take approximately one week.

Starting from November 16, large heating projects are planned. The main residential buildings in Odesa are to be connected to the heating system by 18–November 20. According to the plan, the city's heating system should be fully operational within two weeks after the start of the season.

The Odesa city council has contacted homeowners' associations, housing cooperatives, and management companies that have not yet provided certificates of readiness for internal systems for the heating season. The council is urging managers to promptly obtain and submit these documents. Residents are advised to inquire with their homeowners' associations or management companies about whether the building has a certificate of readiness. Having such a document is a necessary condition for timely connection of the residential building to the heating system.
