Heating season begins in Odesa: when will it be warm in Odesa
The heating season began in the Odesa region on November 2. Bileivka is already warm. Heating in Odesa, Chornomorsk, Southern Bug, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky is scheduled to begin on November 9. In other cities in the region, heating will be turned on according to weather conditions.
The heating season in the Odesa region officially began on November 2. The first to receive heat were the residents of Biliavka, where residential buildings and social facilities were connected to the heating system.
In other cities in the region, heating is planned to be turned on on the following dates: November 4 – Podilsk and Rozdilya, November 6 – Izmail, November 9 – Odesa, Chornomorsk, Pidenne, and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. In the remaining communities, heating will be turned on as the temperature drops.
According to Oleksandr Kiper, head of the Odesa Oblast Military Administration, the start of the heating season depends primarily on the temperature. The benchmark for starting heating is a sustained decrease in the average daily temperature below +8°C for three consecutive days. Kiper reported that municipal services and relevant enterprises are preparing intensively for the heating season to ensure a stable supply of heat to residents of the region.
