To purchase real estate worth 3 million 213 thousand 500 Ukrainian hryvnias, the judge obtained a loan from PJSC "PrivatBank" under the "єОселя" preferential mortgage lending program for an amount of 1 million 953 thousand 500 hryvnias. The sale agreement was concluded on October 12 2026 year.
The state program "єОселя" allows you to obtain a loan for a period of up to 20 years with an initial down payment of 20% at a preferential interest rate of 3% (for military personnel, law enforcement officers, medical workers, teachers, and scientists) or 7% (for veterans, internally displaced persons, and other citizens without their own housing).
