A jubilee festival, Bolgrad Wine Fest 2026, will take place in Bolgrad.
The 15th international Bolgrad Wine Fest 2026 will take place in Bolgrad on November 7. The organizers promise a combination of southern hospitality and a charitable goal – raising funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Participants will present wines, Bessarabian dishes, and crafts from local artisans. Registration for participants is open until November 4.
On November 7, the 15th international Bolgrad Wine Fest 2026 will take place in Bolgrad. This year's festival will have a charitable purpose – funds will be raised to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Guests at the festival can enjoy wine tastings from local winemakers, as well as traditional Bessarabian dishes and crafts from local artisans. The organizers advise visitors to arrange for a safe return home by booking a "sober driver" or using public transportation.
Anyone interested in participating in the festival can register by November 4. The deadline for submitting wine samples for tasting is October 30. Only dry, table wines are accepted, and they must be bottled in two identical bottles per variety. Each winemaker can submit up to five samples. The winners of the tasting will receive festival certificates.
