Documents have been seized in Odesa in a case concerning the possible illegal transfer of property from the Black Sea Yacht Club to third parties.

The investigation suspects the management of the state enterprise, which is under the control of the State Property Fund, of providing state property for use without proper rental agreement. This concerns a land plot of 2.9 hectares, belonging to the Odesa Oblast Administration and used by the yacht club. The plot contains buildings and structures with a total area of 504.9 square meters, as well as a pier, breakwaters, and other facilities.

During the inspection of the yacht club area, investigators seized documents belonging to the kayak center, including contracts, permits, and a visitor log. The Primorsky District Court seized these documents at the request of the prosecutor.
