A support community called "Rodinnoye Kolo" is launching in Odesa to support families raising foster children. A support community called "Rodinnoye Kolo" has been established in Odesa for families raising foster children. This was announced by the Odesa Military Administration.

The purpose of the community is to provide participants with the opportunity to discuss issues related to raising children, share their own stories, and receive advice from experts. During the meetings, it is also planned to talk about social guarantees, state and municipal support programs, humanitarian initiatives, and additional opportunities for children.

One of the key initiatives of "Family Circle" is to support individuals who are considering adopting a child. They will have the opportunity to speak with those who have already gone through the adoption process, learn about the specific aspects of raising a child, and ask questions.

The first meeting of the "Family Circle" community will take place on November 20, 2026, on World Children's Day. To participate, you need to fill out a registration form.
