The Economic Court of the Odesa region postponed the consideration of the prosecution's lawsuit to invalidate the contract for major renovation of the stadium of Odesa School No. 40. The hearing was rescheduled for November 3 on 2026 due to the absence of participants in the proceedings.

The prosecutor's office believes that during the procurement process in 2017, between the Department of Capital Construction of the Odesa City Council and the company "ODESAKOMUNOLOGIYA", there were anti-competitive agreements on the part of the contractor, which led to the distortion of the tender results.

Within the scope of the case, the prosecution is demanding that the agreement be declared invalid and that the company 8 152 000 receive compensation in the amount of Ukrainian hryvnias for the completed work. The third party on the plaintiff's side is the Southern Regional Department of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The consideration of this case has repeatedly been delayed due to the expectation of legal rulings from the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court in similar disputes, as well as due to changes in the judge, air raid alerts, and the absence of parties.
